2. Data we collect
- What you send us through the website forms: first name, last name, email, phone, message; for a trade account, company name, registration number, VAT number and business type; for an order, delivery and billing address.
- Where your visit came from: campaign parameters (UTM) and landing page, attached to your enquiry so we know which channel brought you to us.
- Technical and analytics data (pages viewed, device, browser), if you consent (see the cookie policy).

4. Recipients
Your data is intended for Balinaisa and its service providers, strictly within their remit: Brevo (France, contacts and emails), OVH (France, hosting), Sanity (Norway, EEA, content management), Paktiz (France, development, maintenance and enquiry automation on behalf of Balinaisa), Google Ireland Limited (analytics, only with your consent), and the carrier of your order. Some providers may transfer data outside the European Union; such transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses). Your data is never sold.
5. Retention
- Enquiries that do not lead to a sale: three years after the last contact.
- Customers: for the duration of the business relationship, then three years for marketing.
- Invoices and accounting records: ten years (legal obligation).
- Analytics: thirteen months at most for cookies, twenty-five months for data.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, to withdraw your consent, and to set instructions for your data after your death. Write to contact@balinaisa.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.
7. Security
Balinaisa and its providers apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.
8. The Balinaisa.ai simulator
Besides your contact details, the website’s simulator collects your profile (private client or professional, and your company), your purchase horizon, your budget and your preferences where given, and the photo of your space, reduced in your browser before it is sent. They are used to compose your simulation and estimated quote, then to contact you about your project, with the consent you give when sending. The photo and the generated images are processed by our technical providers for automation and image generation, some of them outside the European Union, with appropriate safeguards; they serve no purpose other than your project and are deleted at the latest thirty-six months after your last contact. The Cloudflare Turnstile service protects the submission against bots, using only the technical information it needs.
