Canopy daybed

Langit

Four teak posts, a slatted roof, shade of your choosing.

Langit is a canopy daybed in pale teak: four slender posts hold up a slatted roof that softens the light. Beneath it, a beige grey mattress waits for a nap or a conversation for two. In the living room as in the garden, it creates a room within the room.

Frequently asked questions

Can Langit stay outdoors?

Yes, Langit is made for indoors and outdoors alike. Teak is naturally rot-resistant: it stands up to rain, damp and sea spray.

How do I care for Langit?

Left untreated, teak weathers to a silver-grey patina; fed with a suitable oil, it keeps its golden tone. Fine surface cracks may appear: they are the sign of a solid wood that breathes. Care instructions

How long does delivery of Langit take?

In stock, the piece ships within 48 hours of payment: allow about 8 days in Gironde and 15 days in mainland France. Made to order or bespoke, it generally takes 16 weeks; the exact lead time is on the quote. Delivery and terms

Is Langit available made to measure?

On quote: a size, a finish, a rope or fabric colour. Bespoke pieces are shaped by hand in Java; allow generally 16 weeks.

Where can I see Langit?

At the showroom in La Teste-de-Buch, on Arcachon Bay. Not the whole collection is on display at once: call us to check whether Langit is there. Otherwise, the simulator places the piece in your home from a single photo. The showroom
